Register at campus Rouppe

Always go first to the House of Dutch, Philippe de Champagne Street 23, 1000 Brussels. You will take tests there and speak with a guidance counsellor.

After that, complete your registration at the secretary’s office at campus Rouppe, Rouppe Square 16, 1000 Brussels, 1st floor.

Check the opening hours and make an appointment via 02 514 25 00.


 

Register at campus Landsroem

 

Go to the secretary’s office at campus Landsroem, Landsroem Avenue 126, 1083 Brussels, 2nd floor.

Register online

 

For the @home courses and certain other modules, you can register online via the website.
First, carefully check the admission requirements.

Online registration is possible, among other things, for the extra Dutch modules, the language internship modules, and the Dutch pronunciation modules.


For each registration, bring:

 

  • a valid ID or proof of legal residence if you don’t have Belgian nationality;

  • the certificates, attestations and diplomas you previously obtained;

  • any attestations for exemption or reduction of registration fees;

  • optionally a request for exemption;

  • optionally a request for paid educational leave.

Your registration is valid if:

 

  • you registered on time: this is possible up until the day when 1/3 of the classes have passed;

  • you have paid the registration fee and/or brought the correct documents for a (partial) exemption;

  • you agree with our centre’s regulations;

  • you meet the admission requirements and have submitted any necessary certificates and diplomas;

  • you have Belgian nationality or meet the legal residence conditions.

Registration is personal: you cannot register someone else.
