Independent User – B2 is level 3.1 & 3.2 (Vantage or Upper-Intermediate in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
In module 3.1 the focus is on speaking and listening while in module 3.2 the focus is on reading and writing.
You can interact with a certain degree of fluency on both concrete and abstract topics. You are up to date about current affairs. You are able to read the news and have a more complicated debate.
Always go first to the House of Dutch, Philippe de Champagnestraat 23, 1000 Brussels. There you are going to take tests and speak with a course counsellor.
Afterwards, you complete your registration at the secretariat on campus Rouppe, Rouppeplein 16, 1000 Brussels, 1st floor.

The discount for Brussels residents only applies to levels 1 and 2 (1.1 to 2.4).
In levels 3 and 4 (3.1 - 4.2), Brussels residents also pay the legal registration fee.
